The nose is fruity and offers power as well as a fine/slightly tight grain. It reveals notes of violet, wild blackberry and small notes of small wild fruits associated with fine touches of grey pepper as well as a touch of strawberry, fresh leather and very discreet hints of fresh tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, gourmandize, tension as well as a fine concentration. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, fleshy/juicy raspberry and small notes of rose, lilac associated with hints of crunchy/juicy cherry, racy minerality as well as a subtle hint of toasted/sweet spices. Tannins are well-built.
