The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is fruity, ripe and offers a certain concentration. It expresses notes of black plum, Morello cherry, strawberry, a touch of blackberry and black pepper. On the palate, the wine is silky and dominated by fruit. It expresses notes of morello cherry juice, crushed strawberry, raspberry coulis, black plum, as well as a touch of black pepper on the finish. The tannins are fine, melted. Good acidity, good structure, tension, gourmandise and a certain persistence in the mouth.
