The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color with green reflections. The nose is fruity, tangy and expresses notes of green apple peel, lemon zest, lime as well as a very slight salinity in the background. On the palate, the wine is more expressive, there is freshness, lightness and fruitiness with a certain concentration. The wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, crunchy apricot, green apple (see slightly golden apple) as well as a slight bitterness of grapefruit. The finish is moderately long, with a good level of acidity which refreshes the whole. A fruity wine, simple, easy to drink.
