The nose is fine, elegant, precise and beautifully defined. It reveals notes of cooked apple, crunchy peach and small notes of flowers, toasted associated with a very discreet hint of toasted, spices as well as an imperceptible hint of mushroom (in the background) and gray pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a beautiful suavity, a beautiful juiciness, a fine acidulous frame, a beautiful tension, precision, dynamism as well as finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of apple cooked in butter, cooked peach and small notes of quince associated with a touch of mirabelle plum, sweet spices, undergrowth, toasted oak as well as a very discreet hint of gray pepper. Good length.
