A lovely fruity nose, with a lovely precise and mellow grain, a fine concentration. It expresses notes of boysenberry, bright raspberry and more slightly – ripe/fresh blackcurrant, associated with touches of violet, zan, nutmeg, as well as fine hints of infusion, a discreet gravelly hint and a discreet almost sappy hint in the background. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity and offers a nice minerality, suavity, a certain small roundness, all in accuracy and precision, a spherical side in accuracy/finesse and juiciness, mastery. It expresses notes of juicy blackcurrant, juicy/tangy blackberry, and more slightly – blueberry associated with touches of redcurrants, as well as a sappy and infusion hint, fine hints of tonka bean and toasted hazelnut on the finish/persistence. Good length. A fine chewiness at the end of the mouth/persistence. Nice freshness. A certain small concentration, an imperceptible almost Mediterranean hint in its fruit.
