On the nose, concentration, freshness, a certain depth, a little power as well as a certain generosity of fruit. It reveals the notes of cherry blossoms, violet, blackberry and slightly wild raspberry with hints of bright/ripe red fruits, zan, and hints of racy minerality, spice and a subtle hint of tea. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers minerality, good definition, gourmandize, roundness, tension, richness, density, fat, nice pulpy/juicy fruit and an airy character in the balance. The wine express the notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, wild raspberry and more slightly cassis combined with hints of lily, nutmeg, cherry blossom as well as hints of racy minerality, graphite, toasted almond and an imperceptible hint of cardamom (in the background). The tannins are elegant and mellow. Good length. Presence of an imperceptible hint of toast on the persistence/aftertaste.
