The nose is fruity, very slightly tight and offers a fine juiciness. It reveals notes of cassis, ripe fruits and small notes of raspberry, blackberry associated with small touches of fleshy strawberry, fine touches of spices as well as a subtle hint of gray pepper and a touch of imperceptible hint of iris. The mouth is juicy, mineral, racy, fruity and offers good definition, tension, a good structure, a good freshness and suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh / juicy raspberry, ripe redcurrant and small notes of blackberry associated with discreet touches of sweet spices, flowers, wood as well as subtle / discreet touches of tea (in the background) and very discreet hints of liquorice. Tannins are fine and a bit firm. Good length.
