Château Yon-Figeac 2022 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, Grand Cru Classé

The nose is fruity, concentrated and offers a lovely richness and pulpiness of the fruit. It expresses notes of fleshy cassis, crushed blackberry and small notes of blueberry associated with touches of liquorice stick, morello cherry as well as a hint of Bourbon vanilla. The palate is beautifully gourmand, creamy, fresh and offers energy, a tangy frame, a good guideline. It expresses notes of creamy cassis, blueberry and small notes of roasted-juicy raspberry associated with touches of blueberry, liquorice stick, vanilla and a hint of toasted-sweet and a very discreet hint of infusion in the background, blueberry coffee in the background.
