The nose is fruity and racy. It reveals notes of red fruit (strawberry, small berries), cassis and blackberry associated with discreet notes of spice and a slight note of black tea. The palate is fruity, gourmand, well-balanced, racy and offers minerality, a small tension as well as a good and relatively silky matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, plum and slight notes of blackberry associated with fine notes of red berries (in the background) as well as touches of liquorice and a hint of chocolate. Tannins are fine and well built. Good length and persistence with notes of chocolate and toasted notes. The finish is suave.
