The nose reveals notes of leather and fine notes of blackberry, redcurrants, wild strawberry associated with hints of cassis, sweet spices as well as a discreet hint of undergrowth, tobacco and a hint of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral and relatively gourmande. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, redcurrants and slight notes of raspberry combined with a discreet hint of cassis, slight notes of liquorice, chocolate, toasted wood and a very discreet hint of tea. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length. (a wine to keep in cellar!)
