The nose is aromatic, elegant and fine. It reveals notes of liquorice, caramelized oak and cassis associated with slight notes of strawberry, small berries, chocolate and cardamom. The palate is fruity, fine, mineral, elegant, silky, well-built, nicely gourmand and offers an acid frame, a slight fleshy, a good definition, a slight freshness as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, plum and crunchy strawberry associated with a discreet hint of Bigarreau cherry as well as hint of chocolate, toasted oak/sweet spices and caramelization. Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length. Beautiful suavity on the finish. A beautiful wine!
