The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers delicacy, gourmandize, a beautiful suavity as well as a finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, Boysen berry, small notes of pulpy/juicy blueberry associated with touches of raspberry as well as hints of cornflower, lily, cocoa and camphor. Tannins are elegant and well-built.
