The nose is elegant and harmonious. It reveals notes of black fruit (blackberry, cassis and blueberry) associated with discreet touches of wild strawberry, mocha, undergrowth and a few small notes of toasted oak and a fine touch of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, gourmand, mineral, fresh, balanced, quite fleshy and offers suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of strawberry, wild strawberry, blackberry and cassis combined with slight notes of chocolate, saline minerality as well as touches of licorice, violet, oak and a slight / discreet note of tobacco. Tannins are fine and slightly dry. Good length and persistence.
