The nose is aromatique and offers complexity, a certain deepness, a small intensity and richness (in the context of the vintage). There are notes of boysen blackberry, bigarreau cherry and small notes of Sichuan pepper associated with floral touches (cornflowers, violet…) as well as touches of sens de la place (local biotop) and nutmeg. The mouth is mineral and offers freshness, juiciness, an acidulous frame, a good definition as well as tension. Fresh attack and beautiful energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous blackberry, juicy/acidulous cherry and small notes notes of cornflowers associated with blueberry touches, raspberry as well as sage/ almost fresh aromatic herbs hints and hints of taosted and nutmeg. Good length. Gourmandise and beautifu energy. Beautiful persistence.
