It reveals notes of wild raspberry blackberry and small notes of crushed redcurrants associated with touches of pepper, clove as well as fine hints of tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, freshness, mellowness as well as a fresh frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous blackberry, juicy/acidulous raspberry and small notes of juicy/acidulous cherry associated with touches of cornflowers, cassis as well as fine hints of liquorice stick as well as a discreet almost fresh balsamic hint (in the background). Good length. A certain mellowness of tannins. A subtle saline hint in the background.
