The nose is fruity and slightly powerful / fleshiness. It reveals notes of cassis, Sichuan pepper and small notes of blackberry, wild strawberry associated with touches of flowers as well as a very discreet toasted hint / vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, suave and offers a good definition, a beautiful fat, a small tension, a fine freshness, a good grain, softness, a slight mineral frame, delicacy, a small unctuosity and gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed strawberry and small notes of raspberry associated with a hint of flowers / cornflower, discreet touches of sweet spices, caramelization, a subtle touch of vanilla as well as an imperceptible touch of tea, chocolate, pepper and caramelized almond on the finish / persistence. Tannins are fine and already quite supple.
