The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fresh, mineral, slightly tight, racy and offers tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/crunchy cassis, juicy/crunchy blackberry, small notes of juicy/crunchy cherry associated with fine touches of violet, lily, a discreet hint of iris, cuben pepper as well as a very discreet hint of toasted and chocolate/cocoa. Tannins are finely marked.
