The nose is aromatic, slightly concentrated / tight and offers gourmandise. It reveals notes of boysenberry, wild strawberry and ripe berries associated with touches of spices, Sichuan pepper as well as a very discreet woody hint (in the background). The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a slight straightness, fat as well as roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cherry and slight notes of ripe raspberry associated with subtle touches of juicy blueberry, wood, liquorice as well as a toasted touch/vanilla. Good length.
