The nose is well-built, with intensity and a certain aromatic complexity. It reveals notes of violet, boysenberry and small notes of crushed wild strawberry, associated with fine touches of bigarreau cherry, as well as discreet hints of star anise. The palate is well-built, with roundness, freshness, volume and a fresh frame, it also offers a nice tangy side in the background. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy boysenberry, fleshy cherry, and small notes of crushed redcurrant, combined with touches of licorice stick, cornflower, as well as a hint of coffee and zan. Good length. The tannins are precise, mellow and iodized.
