The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, tension, good definition, a certain gourmandise, accuracy, a tangy frame. It expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, juicy/fresh blackcurrant and more slightly – pulpy/juicy raspberry associated with touches of star anise, cornflower, liquorice stick, as well as hints of racy minerality and a hint of bright blue berries and graphite. The tannins are soft and tasty. Freshness and tension.
