The nose reveals notes of blueberry, iris/cornflower associated with small notes of cassis, small wild fruits, racy minerality, Sichuan pepper as well as discreet touches of toasted. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers a good definition, suavity, gourmandize, sweetness, a fine acid frame (in the background) as well as a small dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, black cherry and mores lightly cassis associated with fine touches of racy minerality, flowers as well as very discreet touches of chocolate, liquorice and a very discreet hint of vanilla.
