(Organic) The wine shows a pale peach colour. The nose is delicate, with nuances of violets, red currants, red cherries, a touch of raspberries and a subtle nuance of blackcurrant leaf and green pepper. The palate is dense and, unexpectedly, powerful, warming, with ripe notes of red berries, some creaminess, a touch of honey and well-balanced acidity. Despite the colour, quite a powerful rosé with a tannic grip on the finish.
