The nose is flowery. It reveals notes of cassis, lilacand small notes of fresh violet associated with fine touches of cherry as well as discreet hints of cardamom and toasted. The palate is mineral, very discreetly tight and offers a beautiful freshness, dynamism, tension, a fine concentration as well as fullness and fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fresh cherry, pulpy raspeberry and small notes of crushed blackberry associated with touches of lilac, violet, nutmeg as well as a very discreet hint of bulb and discreet hints of toasted/cardamom. A very fine hint of varietal bitterness in the finish.
