It reveals notes of fleshy boysenberry, wild strawberry and juicy/wild redcurrant associated with fine touches of almond, crushed strawberry, toasted, liquorice as well as a very discreet hint of Sichuan pepper (in the background). The palate is fresh, fruity, mineral, well-balanced, very slightly tight and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful precision, suavity, a beautiful precision/definition, a beautiful fullness, tension, a beautiful delicacy, gourmandize as well as dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy raspberry, juicy/fleshy blueberry and mores lightly boysenberry associated with discreet touches of crushed cassis, violet/flowers, a fine touch of nut as well as subtle/discreet touches of almond, spices, toasted, a fine hint of vanilla, an imperceptible hint of liquorice (in the background) and mild tobacco. Chews on the finish. There are discreet hints of almond/crushed nut on the finish/persistence.
