The nose is nicely ripe, pulpy, finely juicy and offers depth, a nice maceration side. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, violet and more slightly – bright/explosive blackcurrant, associated with touches of small red berries with a Mediterranean accent, as well as fine hints of tobacco, almost roasted herbs and a subtle almost blood orange hint. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, fresh, mineral, balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, accuracy, tension, good definition, a nice graphite side, tense, stretched, all in freshness and accuracy. It expresses notes of roasted-juicy red cherry, bright Boysenberry and more slightly – bright/acidulous small red berries, associated with a touch of graphite, camphor, racy minerality with a floral hint and Punjab pepper. Good length. The tannins are soft and gourmand. Taste, a nice suppleness and freshness.
