The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is tangy and fruity, with subtle floral and herbaceous touches. It expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, redcurrants, cranberries and crushed blackcurrant, combined with touches of crushed mint and violet in the background, as well as a delicate peppery hint that appears after aeration. The palate is supple, juicy, gourmand and offers pure fruit. It expresses notes of juicy morello cherry, tangy bigarreau cherry, strawberry, crushed blackcurrant and redcurrants (even with a hint of redcurrant jelly), combined with a touch of dried mint, violet, white pepper and a good bitterness on the persistence. The tannins are supple and soft, practically imperceptible. The finish is gourmand, with a pleasant acidity and an average persistence.
