Château Trimoulet 2022 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

Château Trimoulet 2022 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is fruity and offers a certain concentration as well as deepness. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of zan, pulpy cassis and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with touches of vanilla, blueberry as well as fine hints of cornflower and tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, juiciness, a tangy frame, suppleness, a chiseled side, breadth as well as an elegant darkness. Beautifully fresh and mineral. A velvety, fresh and very discreetly tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackcurrant, wild blackberry and small notes of mocha associated with touches of clove, small roasted-juicy red fruits as well as fine hints of camphor and an imperceptible almost sappy hint in the background. The finish offers toasted hints and toasted hazelnut.
