It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of gray pepper associated with touches of toasted, raspberry/ripe red berries as well as hints of violet, fine hints of gray pepper and a discreet hint of smoke. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, elegant, well-balanced and offers a good definition, suavity, gourmandize as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy black cherry, juicy/fleshy cassis and small notes of ripe red fruits associated with touches of vanilla, toasted, violet as well as a subtle hint of iris and very fine hints of spices. Good length.
