Château Trianon 2021 Saint-Émilion Grand Cru

The nose is fruity and offers a certain fleshiness of the fruit. There are notes of fleshy cassis, pulpy cherry and small notes of cornflower combined with touches of licorice stick. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, minerality, an acidulous frame and a good work on the good bitterness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy blackberry, juicy/ pulpy cassis and small notes of cornflower combined with touches of pulpy/ juicy small fruits as well as small hints of licorice stick, fleshy/ juicy cherry as well as slight hints of sweet blond tabaco. Good length with smooth tannins. A hint of minerality on the finish/ persistence allows a beautiful freshness, fullness, and gourmandise.
