It reveals notes of pulpy/juicy Boysen berry, juicy cassis, small notes of violet associated with touches of crushed strawberry, crushed redcurrant as well as hints of cornflower, juicy/pulpy violet plum, caramelization and bourbon vanilla. The palate is elegant, juicy and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame as well as tension, roundness, a beautiful touch, suavity and a small fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, Boysen berry, small notes of strawberry associated with touches of small crushed blue fruits, cornflower as well as hints of liquorice, chocolate and a subtle hint of caramelized almond. Good length. Tannins are elegant and well-built.
