The nose is gourmand, well-built and offers a fine richness. It reveals notes of crushed strawberry, candied cassis, small notes of small fleshy/juicy plum associated with small touches of violet, tonka bean, vanilla pod as well as an imperceptible hint of timut pepper and zests (in the background). The palate is unctuous and offers freshness, juiciness, gourmandize as well as a small richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed cassis, small notes of crushed violet plum associated with touches of violet, candied small red berries as well as fine hints of liquorice stick, chocolate, crushed hazelnut, vanilla pod and an imperceptible hint of sugared mild tobacco (in the background).
