The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, gourmandize as well as a fine freshness, a racy minerality, a small fat as well as a small richness, a beautiful grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy blackberry, small pulpy black fruits, small notes of fleshy raspberry associated with a touch of cherry, violet, lily as well as hints of chocolate, caramelization and a subtle hint of toasted hazelnut. Tannins are elegant and fine. An imperceptible hint of tonka bean and iris on the finish/persistence. A wine full of length and balance. A very fine salinity on the finish.
