The nose reveals notes of cassis, ripe fruit, blackberry and slight notes of red fruit associated with a few notes of elder flowers (in the background), woody/toasted notes and spice. The palate is fresh, elegant, well-balanced, soft and reveals a certain harmony. In the mouth it expresses notes of wild strawberry, crushed strawberry and blackberry associated with a few notes of blackcurrant, raspberry, oaky notes, spices and a slight hint of pepper on the finish. Good length.
