Château Tour Sieujean 2021 – Pauillac

The nose reveals racy elegance, certain power, fine concentration and a fine stretch. There are notes of cardamom, morello cherry and, more slightly, violet, combined with delicate touches of blackcurrant, fine hints of strawberry, as well as discreet hints of graphite, clove and a subtle touch of toastiness. The palate is fruity, balanced and reveals juiciness, smoothness, freshness, good definition, a certain gourmandize, tension and a fine airiness in the approach. On the palate, this wine expresses juicy/pulpy black cherry, blackberry and more lightly wild strawberry notes combined with touches of blue berries, violet as well as fine points of camphor, cardamom, toast/spice and a subtle hint of vanilla in the background.
