The nose is fruity, ripe and offers a certain depth of fruit and texture. It reveals notes of pulpy cassis, juicy strawberry and small notes of bright bigarreau cherry, associated with touches of lilac, sweet spices, as well as a subtle hint of smoke. The palate is well-built, juicy, pulpy, fresh, it offers good definition, a certain gourmandise, a tangy frame and creaminess. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy strawberry, pulpy cassis and small notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, combined with touches of cornflower, as well as hints of vanilla, toasted hazelnut, a fine hint of chocolate and a discreet hint of sappy and infusion in the background. A wine offering gourmandise and juiciness. The tannins are mellow, sapid and sappy.
