Château Tour Saint Fort – Saint-Estèphe

The nose offers fleshiness, substance and gourmandize. It reveals notes of crushed strawberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of elegant-roasted small red fruits associated with touches of vanilla, smoke and toast. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, a good definition, delicacy as well as a beautiful tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright cherry and small notes of violet associated with touches of crushed strawberry, chocolate and a slight hint of toasted almond. Tannins are mellow and gourmand. A very light saline touch in the background. Good length.
