Château Tour Saint-Christophe – Angela 2023 – Bordeaux Blanc

(Bottled 3 weeks) Lovely fruity nose, fresh, precise, gourmet and which offers a lovely ripe/juicy fruit as well as a lovely texture. We find notes of quenette, pulpy peach and small notes of peach blossoms associated with fine hints of verbena, lemon as well as discreet hints of almost light oak. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, balanced, chiseled and offers delicacy, a tangy frame, suavity, suppleness, finesse in its material as well as an iodized fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quenette, pulpy/bright vine peach and small notes of peach blossoms associated with touches of kumquat, fine hints of ripe lemon as well as fine hints of zest and a subtle hint of iodized/saline fat. Lovely breadth and gourmet. A lovely textured side on the finish. Beautiful persistence.
