Château Tour Saint Bonnet 2022 – Médoc Cru Bourgeois

The nose offers precision and concentration. It expresses notes of morello cherry (more slightly – morello cherry jam), blackcurrant, wild blackberry, wild strawberry and red cherry, combined with subtle touches of liquorice, vanilla, mint chocolate and fresh violet. On the palate, the wine is juicy and tangy, with a slight bitterness on the finish and a grainy tannin texture. It expresses the flavors of wild blackberry, morello cherry, crunchy black plum, tangy red cherry and fresh morello cherry, accompanied by notes of dried mint and fine spicy touches (black pepper, clove, a hint of licorice). The finish has a slight astringency, balanced by a lively acidity. Good length.
