Château Tour Prignac 2022 – Médoc Cru Bourgeois

Château Tour Prignac 2022 – Médoc Cru Bourgeois

The nose is fragrant and expresses notes of pine sap and pronounced pine needles. There are also touches of menthol, licorice, toasted vanilla and, more slightly, toasted hazelnut, as well as concentrated fruity notes (ripe morello cherry, wild strawberry, raspberry coulis, blueberry and red cherry jam). In the mouth, the attack is juicy, fluid (in a good way), in the mid-palate the wine is more closed, a little astringent. It expresses notes of tart red cherry, strawberry, red currant, blackcurrant and morello cherry, combined with notes of black pepper and licorice. The finish is on the dry side with tannins with a grainy texture. Good acidity.
