Notes of boysenberry, violet plum and slightly morello cherry are combined with hints of lily, pepper, cherry blossom, as well as fine hints of licorice and a discreet touch of cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, minerality, a certain tension/richness (in finesse), an airy character (in balance). On the palate displaying juicy/pulpy blackberry, purple plum and more slightly morello cherry notes combined with touches of berries, cherry blossom, blueberry as well as discreet hints of licorice, tea and an imperceptible touch of zan. Good length. The tannins are supple.
