The palate is fruity, balanced and offers gourmandize, aromatic purity, a mineral structure, a certain tension, freshness as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blackberry, bright blue berries and more lightly redcurrants associated with touches of fleshy strawberries as well as fine hints of cornflowers, caramelization and a hint of chocolate. Tannins are precise and smooth. A small chewiness on the end of the mouth / persistence.
