It expresses lots of boysenberry, crushed blackcurrant and more slightly – crushed strawberry, associated with touches of fresh violet, fresh lily as well as a hint of cherry blossom, pepper, a discreet hint of incense and spices. The palate is fresh, mineral and offers fruit, juiciness, smoothness, freshness, energy, good definition. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, juicy/pulpy blackcurrant and more slightly – bright raspberry, associated with touches of cherry blossoms, star anise as well as a subtle sappy hint and cardamom. The tannins are supple.
