Château Tour Perey 2022 – Saint Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is fruity, fresh, spicy and offers a certain fullness and a little power. It expresses notes of blackberry, small dense black fruits and more slightly – bigarreau cherry associated with small touches of pepper, roast and star anise. The palate is fruity and offers accuracy, tension, subtlety, a certain gourmandise, minerality, energy, concentration. It expresses notes of roasted cherry, pulpy blackberry and more slightly – small, bright red berries, associated with touches of toast, tonka bean and a hint of torrefaction. A certain little righteousness. The tannins are soft.
