The palate is fresh, mineral and fruity, with a certain purity, almost crystalline, and a fresh frame. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, fresh/pulpy raspberry, and small notes of juicy/dense cherry associated with touches of fresh flowers, small fresh fruits, as well as discreet hints of licorice stick, Timut pepper and a hint of mocha and clove. Good length. Supple, sapid and gourmandise tannins. A hint of cocoa/torrefaction on the persistence.
