The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a fine fleshiness. It reveals notes of cassis, small black fruits and liquorice associated with small notes of small wild red fruits, fine touches of zan, small hints of ripe fruits/prune as well as subtle hints of violet and camphor. The palate is well-balanced and offers a beautiful minerality, a beautiful freshness, a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh blackberry, fresh cassis, crunchy wild strawberry and more slightly fresh small red fruits associated with fine touches of zan, lily, small hints of ripe fruits/prune as well as subtle touches of toasted and a very discreet hint of toasted bread (in the background). Tannins are well-built. Good length. Fine gourmandize on the finish/persistence. There is a very fine menthol hint on the finish.
