Château Tour Guillotin 2022 – Puisseguin-Saint-Emilion

The nose is well-managed, offering a certain pulpiness, a little infusion side and gourmandise. It reveals notes of blueberry, crushed strawberry and, more slightly, fleshy blackcurrant, associated with touches of infusion, vanilla as well as a discreet hint of smoke and salinity. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, fresh, mineral and balanced. It offers a tangy frame, suppleness and accuracy, with a certain brightness of the fruit and airiness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of wild raspberry, tangy/juicy blueberry and, more slightly, blackcurrant, associated with fine touches of graphene, toast as well as a subtle hint of roasting. The tannins are sapid and mellow. Good length. A gourmet and easy-drinking wine.
