Château Tour de Pressac 2021 – Saint-Émilion Grand Cru

The nose is fruity and shows a fine racy power, with a discreet hint of reduction. There are notes of pulpy black berries, cloves and, more slightly, pulpy strawberries, combined with a touch of violet, fine raspberry, lily and pepper. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, good definition, a certain roundness and fine tension. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry, juicy/chunky blackberry and more lightly of iodine combined with touches of violet, nutmeg, a discreet hint of toasted almond and cardamom.
