Château Tour de Pressac 2019 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

On the nose it is fruity and offers a certain gourmandize as well as a certain elegance. It reveals notes of crushed cherry, luscious wild strawberry and more slightly crushed blackberry associated with touches of small blue fruits, caramelization as well as a subtle hint of cardamom and vanilla. The palate is fruity and offers a tangy structure, juiciness, gourmandize, good definition, some creaminess, good freshness as well as minerality. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of tangy / fresh strawberry, small red fruits and more slightly tangy / pulpy Boysenberry associated with touches of lily, chocolate, caramelization as well as a hint of blond tobacco and vanilla.
