The nose is fruity with a fine creaminess, freshness, minerality and good definition. It has a certain elegance with notes of creamy blackcurrant, crushed raspberries and more slightly – of cornflower combined with touches of crushed wild strawberries as well as hints of pepper, cloves and a discreet note of bergamot and vanilla. The palate is mineral with precision and tension. It has good definition, sapidity and an earthy side on the palate with a tangy structure which brings a certain righteousness and accuracy. We have notes of juicy and pulpy blackberries, pulpy blackcurrant and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of violet, small blue fruits as well as hints of fresh tobacco and graphite. There is sapidity and deliciousness as well as a little softness on the grain of the tannins.
