The nose is fruity, tangy and mineral. It reveals notes of fresh lemon, mandarin zest and small notes of green apple peel combined with hints of fresh/crunchy peach and minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, a mineral / acidulous frame (in the background), fat, roundness as well as a beautiful freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy pear, fleshy / fresh peach and small notes of citrus associated with slight hints of fresh lychee and an imperceptible touch of fresh rose (in the background). Good length. There are a very discreet toasted hint and toasted hazelnut on the persistence. A beautiful freshness.
